Laybys and Returns


We are pleased to offer a layby facility on clothes to our valued customers.  The terms are 50% deposit and full payment within four weeks of the purchase date.  We require a phone number and/or email (preferably both) so we can contact the customer if necessary.

In the days leading up to the four week limit, if a customer has not paid for and picked up their layby we will try to contact them by phone and/or email.  If they do do not answer or return our calls or reply to our emails, then after the four weeks has passed we may return the goods to the shelves and all payments may be forfeited.

Items on layby cannot be returned and payments cannot be used to purchase other items if the customer changes their mind.

Laybys are not available on bags, shoes and accessories.



At Eliza Blue we want every customer to be happy with their purchases.  As returns and refunds can be a source of difficulty and confusion, this page details our Returns Policy.

We ask our valued customers to choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if they make the wrong decision or simply change their mind.

Returns of clothing items may be accepted, at our discretion, within a reasonable period, where the customer has the receipt, the tags are still on and the clothing is in saleable condition.  There are no returns on sale items, layby items, bags, shoes and accessories.
